School Books Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

1. Once delivered, school books are not eligible for return or refund.
2. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective book, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
3. To be eligible for an exchange, the book must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact our customer support at vidyakendravaranasi@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order details and a photo of the book if it is damaged or incorrect.
3. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement.

Conditions

1. Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
2. No exchanges will be accepted after 3 days of delivery.
3. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
